During your initial consultation with us, we will discuss your family and its current and future needs. This, along with your determined budget, helps us establish the best direction to take with design.

Knock Down Rebuild in Canberra

If you decide to go ahead with us, we will arrange an initial site visit and proceed with sketch plans. During the development of the sketch plans, energy efficiency and aesthetics are central to the design.

Once the sketch plans are completed and approved, a quote will be provided that outlines the scope of the project, allowances for prime costs and provisional sums.

On acceptance of our quote and the receipt of your deposit, we will prepare and produce all contracts to be signed, and lodge the plans for approval by the relevant authorities.

From here, we work with you on final selections for your new home, knockdown rebuild or extension/renovation, before starting construction.

  • Extensions and Renovations

Our design team at ProStyle Building Group will propose a design that will modernise your home based on your specifications whilst encompassing current building and energy requirements. Your interior will be transformed into the space you always wished and your exterior will be finished to flow with the pre-existing structure. Your home will look sharp and fresh without looking like you have 'added-on'.

ProStyle Building Group will assist you in the design and construction of your extension & renovation from initial design concepts, working drawings, interior design & approvals. From there our construction team takes over & the fun begins, our dedicated construction manager will run the programme for you extension & renovation. We will keep you regularly updated on progress with site meetings & weekly progress reports. When we hand the keys back to you will enjoy the look and feel of your newly renovated home.
